I rang about 9am and got through but they had only just opened - the email should have had ability to pay the deposit without hassling a staff member - I suppose it is early days.

I think you had to say you wanted your site again next year as you were leaving for them to send you an email asking for your deposit for this year. We always do this.

When calling, keep in mind that check-out time is 10 am.
The Office will be most likely be busiest, and staffed closer to 10 am..... People roll in generally after 2pm - check in time, so calls around then should also get answered.

Ours is all sorted now. We're in cabin 25 which is near the carwash and the path to the beach. Looking forward to this one as always!

Just learned from Doug (douggieboy) that Old Bar (Ingenia) is now aligned with Big 4, so show your Big 4 card when paying any balances on arrival for a Big 4 discount
