I find the rate quite good for a holiday period, compared to similar elsewhere in Oz.

You could save around $180, if you go the weekend before, or the weekend after

In Feb I heard the rate for the new Lanis cabins, were $2036 for 5 nights…….

Also to maximise their high seasons some caravan parks block out School Holidays Australia Wide. Luckily this is not the case with next years Bus Stop location at Elliot Heads 

Not just school holidays...
Stayed at a hotel near the Albert Park Grand Prix circuit June last year $150 per night.
Week before Easter this year >$1000 per night.
Within hours of Grand Prix date announced, all rooms blocked out.
Currently back to $150 per night.

Sounds a fun time. If I can't find a place, I'll just stay somewhere nearby. I found my email booking from Cheryl when it was Lani's, she had booked me in for the 4 nights. Oh well, maybe I can book in for next year.
