bit exy but they're dog friendly and we can walk up rainbow beach to middle rock where Jess and Adam (youngest daughter) lives.
Haven't seen them or my granddaughter in a while and combined it with a few nights camping
Anyone thinking of camping there (and paying the $68 bucks a night), site 53 is the ducks guts.
no camping to the right of you just a big open area (see pictures)
met a guy while there who lives nearby. Has a nice t2, beetle and has a splitty project going and has installed power steering in the buses. Also has a number of donors.
Invited me round next time which I will do (he had to go into town as I was leaving to come home)
Told him about CCA.

Well, I have just cracked the first tin after setting up camp.
We are at a Hipcamp sort of near Raymond Terrace.
There is Salamander Bay or Tea Gardens to the east if we want a swim or some cracking country pubs to the west at Paterson and Clarence Town.
See we have the place to ourselves.
Well - it’s a 2 camp site place.
We have 4 nights here and besides a thunderstorm tomorrow evening I reckon the weather is pretty good.
Even better is it is 15% off a New Moon and that sets at 8:30.
Should be a cracking night for satellites and falling stars
