When I did, I had my initials, with 3 digits, on black with white lettering type plates, but that was just a one off fee. I had to surrender them, when I no longer had a vehicle with NSW rego, to keep them on….
Are non standard plates like those, a “rental fee” per year, for the privilege of wearing them, without ownership?
We have two here, black & whites, one off fee when they were purchased last century. We have a 3rd set on hold from Lynne's Dad's '52 Split Window (Chevrolet) and I think we have to pay a retaining fee each year.
Plates on the kombies are the base black on white 3 letter/3 digit personalised plates and that's an annual fee (not sure what that is these days). They are ECS 005 & ECS 006. No prize for guessing what ECS is an acronym for.

I didn’t expect an answer, because I spoke in Spaniel, which is understood only by spaniels.

Haha - no but many years ago I do remember driving her car - a Mazda 626 - and coming back to the carpark of the shopping centre and seeing a Kingswood parked next to it with KEN number plates - way before mobile phones and being able to snap a photo as proof like we do now.

Shannons have an auction mid-August.
Might be worth a try - I think it's closed for cars but number plates may still be accepted.
Given current movie release I reckon you'd get $10,000 +++

I have only ever seen black and white numerals on Shannons.
The original ones.
Never newer custom plates.
