Raising Front End that Has Been Lowered

Did you try both sets of lock nuts ?
ie top and bottom horizontal beam sections....

Was a while ago. Loosened everything. Tried levers, jacking, hammer! Frozen solid. Might have another try one day. Big CRC soak in advance!
