uploading pics?

Hey guys, is there a good way to upload pics on the site? I'm not having much fun trying to resize them!

Iphone, Mac, or Ipad platforms are dead easy. As you select the image to upload, before you agree, there is a button to show, “Actual”, “Large”, “Medium” or “Small”, each with a size listed. 

I just choose the one that will fit, (usually either large, or medium), and then just “add” to a post.

Not sure how the android platforms work with resizing options……..

Need to make sure you hold the iPhone horizontal left to right  
Otherwise the pics all come out large.
