Security Camera / CCTV
#1
Anyone got experience?

Got an issue where we have been put into council for having a “persistent and consistent barking dog”
And council is getting stroppy.

Our dear neighbours of 30 years decided to go straight to council rather than talk to us.
We aren’t “best friends” but I didn’t think we were enemies?
I mean I lent him my T3 one day when he wanted to pick up a 100” TV

Yes Stanley has issues. Behaviour issues.
We have had him 4 years and not (really) had complaints.
Anyway - we took him off his Lovan and we now gather this wasn’t the best move.

So I’m trying to monitor the situation
I purchased the following camera with the hope I could save to the SD card but seems I can only save 12sec snips.
My understanding is a CCTV you need to plug into your computer?
Not really ideal.

Sort of hoping there is something similar the the kangaroo that I can show / prove that he is on the road to redemption
Yes - vet put him back on medication

What I am trying say is this camera is rubbish and I want something better, but not wanting Fort Knox with a 10 year deal to download 500GB per day

Daughter uses Pet Care App
She can see her dogs on her mobile phone and she can speak to them while she is at work

Requires modem, WiFi, computer and remote camera
She calls home which wakes up the computer and camera and then it all happens, think she can also record the session on her computer

I have Arlo cameras, wireless and reliable . Look at Swann and Eufy cameras for a cheaper option . You can record to the a hard drive on Swann I’m pretty sure , plenty of videos on YouTube re all these cameras
