Front is now on and feel like things are moving in the right direction. I also cut and shut the bullet indicator mounts as the KF nose had them pointing in the air a little. Didn't get pics of this though...
Outer valance welded in place.... Trial fit to see how it lines up... Wiper holes didn't line up from the lower windscreen so these required cutting and moving. Forgot to get picks of this process other then this one... Lower windscreen lined up and plug welded from the back and headlight buckets welded in... Made these jigs before pulling the nose off. Got the idea after seeing a mates build. Used them to help line everything up and get the windscreen gap dialed in... Welded and grinding...

Edges plug welded and folded around to finish off the sides...
Rolled it over to plug weld the bottom edge from underneath... Used this door skinning tool to crimp the side and bottom flanges. It did a really neat job...

Some more work completed on the front wheel tubs. Filling in the gaps and getting ready to fab the lower front seat belt mounts. Will be recreating the factory style mounts..

Front seat belt mounts are finished. The old plates were heavily rusted so I decided to replicate these and reuse the threaded section

Front bumper rust repair. Stripped and primed. The dogleg bumper brackets didn't line up, so I drilled out the spot welds and removed them. Discovered some surface rust under these which was dealt with before rewelding.
