Trakka rusty hinge

Hello Forum, not sure if its called the hinge, but the chrome rod on my Track pop top is showing signs of rust, has anyone had a new one made, was thinking stainless steel.

I don’t have a pop top so not sure what piece you mean

Hi Jason, are you referring to the big U shaped Trakka T3 pop top roof support bar? There was a thread in the old forum on replacing this bit. Well I did it to my 82 T3 way back and had a new one made in stainless. Not an easy job as the bar  / pop top angled mount brackets have to be got at, buried away behind the inner front cab roof liner. Can be done.
