I so wish we had signs like this on dual carriageways: (Modified of course, for RH drive traffic on the left)
 But sadly, those people that do sit in the overtaking lane, travelling at 10 - 20kph UNDER the posted speed limit, either wouldn’t read it, or totally deny it’s actually information directed at THEM!
