As Grant has noted, the Tassie boat people followed his thankfully detailed directions from Nowra to Tharwa and spotted 2 T3’s secluded away down a tree lined driveway. The past 2 nights have been wonderful and it has been so good to get a break from the rain and driving in it. Many thanks to Grant and Carole for their hospitality and company. (Pity he didn’t give me a chance to tidy up the bus before he took the pics?). Time to hit the road again heading for Revolks in Lorne.

Mark, we did finally manage to get the battery to charge after letting it sit a number of hours. The .4 volts we were seeing climbed back to 10volts and then smart charger would let it accept some charge. Overnight it cam back up but the charge indicator on the battery is still indicating “needs charge”. It is a fully sealed  maintenance free battery but I am fairly sure it has low electrolyte as when I rock it the indicator turns green. As it is still under warranty we will take it back to the supplier when we get back and have them check it out, but for the moment is is working ok.

C’mon buddy, just honest pics, like “show us your campsite”, and looking like you were comfy enough.

Hopefully the bathroom facilities and dishwasher helped, for the next stage of your journey.  Wink
Yes, thank you. The facilities were unbelievably better than our usual truck stop level. If I say too much you might be inundated with a horde of other homeless travelers!

T'was Oktoberfest at Avoca Beach. Great day out, good German food, booze, movies and company. But why cut a volksie to do this. Why not a Hyundai, Ford or Toyota? Not happy.
Someone was working at the Aquarium in Darling Harbour today.
