Code of Conduct
#1
This should also be read in conjunction with The Rules of The Forum

Code of Conduct.

In general, please be civil. These forums are provided for the community, and we hope everyone will be welcomed. We value the opportunity to talk directly to other VW owners, and ask that the site and all community members be respected. Thanks for joining!

There are specific posting guidelines below we request members adhere to when posting. Violations may result in account sanctions, including temporary and permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation. Admin and Forum Moderators exercise full discretion to determine whether or not a post is appropriate, and reserve the right to edit, delete, ban and/or take other action without warning against any content posted on these sites. We also reserve the right to edit this Code of Conduct at any time.
No Flaming. Comments deemed as abusive, offensive, trolling, obnoxious or provocative will be deleted without warning. Also, no swearing will be tolerated. This also includes posting on other forums, whether publicly visible or not, that personally attack members of this forum and the forum as a whole.
No pornography or nudity etc. It will be removed.
Please stay on topic, do not hijack other member's threads.
No advertising. Please do not post threads designed to drive traffic to another site for the purpose of promotion.
Use the PM feature where appropriate. Please do not engage in private discussions or extended conversations better suited to IRC, IM or the phone on the public forum.
Please post in English. Moderators are unable to moderate posts they cannot read, which may also apply to posts with spelling or grammar so poor as to be unreadable. Please limit the use of SMS speak and instant text abbreviations for the same reason.
No ban evasion or multiple accounts.

If you feel that a violation of these rules has occurred or have a dispute with a fellow member or action taken by a moderator, please contact admin.
If a member is banned - it will be for a good reason/reasons. Any attempts to get around a banning, by creating duplicate ID's will result in an extension of the original ban. It wastes admin's time and only makes your ban longer.
