Hey Richard,
I put the post up for the new front panel to show you what is available. It will save you on panel beater labor costs at $100+ per hour.
I have a top class repairer up here that will pull all your dents , save as much original metal as possible. Hand form panels etc . I had just my front nose done and it cost $5k.
Once the paint is on you could not tell the quality of the work. Nearly all panels shops will just replace panels with new ones.
Should not take them more then 2/3 days too remove and replace your old one and swap it over depending on how bad the inner strengthener Panel an A pillars bases are.
Also look around a different parts suppliers. prices do vary and they do have specials some time..
Just campers have a better price , saving $200.

Youll need one of these parts as well id say.. inner panel strengtheners and left and right A pillars.

Had a similar dilemma, with my gates on my DC ute, repairing the old gates which can be an open cheque book on what it cost to fix compared to the cost of new gates. Once paint is on you will never know whether it has a new gates (panels) or old.

Panelbeater’s labour ain’t cheap and it takes a LOT of hours to get anything as straight as a new panel.
Get used to opening your wallet !

Taylor and Botham do great work…..but are booked up for ages…..could I’ll be worth a call.
They’re not a budget outfit, so prepare to open your wallet.
As I’ve said before, buy once, cry once as the saying goes.
Cheers,
Mark

You’ll be 60k into this and then you’ll need to do an interior and trim .
Just bog it up and get someone off Facebook marketplace to paint it .
I just saved you a fortune , heartache and about 6 years .
You’re welcome .
