Really happy with the fit of this new roof. I used a combination of 3M panel bond, spot welds and plugs welds to make it secure.

In place with clamps holding areas that were glued and spot welded...

Repair section welded in the bottom of the bulkhead and ground back. Still a little bit of welding to go but this will be completed along side the B pillar repairs...

I beams, top hats, shift tube and handbrake cable tubes clamped in for a trail fit. Shift rod tube is the OG sandblasted and primed. Handbrake cable tubes were rusted so I made new ones to spec. including the flared end on the front...

With the long panel trial fitted and clamped on, it was time to weld the rear corner on. The rear edge of the long panel was clamped to ensure correct fitment...

OG taillight section was used to trace on before cutting the new hole. Used all of the dimensions that I took before cutting off the rear corner.
