Yes, 3 way absorption.
That was my first thought, so I pulled the fridge out and spent ages looking for anywhere that the spring tabs could lock in…….couldn’t find anything.
The fridge works best on gas or 240v, and maintains temperature on 12v while driving if everything is cold…..been reluctant to replace it ‘cause it still works really well.
Thermostat/temp. setting switch doesn’t function very accurately but so far everything stays nice and cold…
