The connecting pipe (021-129-649) between the air cleaner and the carburetor is missing...
Did a bit of googling and found a thread on Samba showing a Chrysler Hemi (Doorman 46032) emission hose fits.
(Slide the long end over the carbs intake and the short end over the nipple in the air cleaner elbow.)
Looked further down the page and another poster shows how to use a piece of old bicycle inner tube to make the rubber sleeves (021-129-619) to seal the air cleaner ends.
