Kombi Club Australia

Grandma Sash is celebrating her 61st birthday, born back in 1961. 

I adopted her after a few too many drinks one day (thinking it was a great idea at the time, and it was), without any restoration experience I plunged into the world of Kombi restoration. 

So ignorant was I, that I didn't even know that Kombi's are not all the same, and technically I'm told, she is a T2 Transporter van (Not a Kombi), which I'm sure hurt her feelings.

She’s actually a T1, Type 2…….. but don’t let that confuse you.

Chapter 2 - What is that?

Having a closer look, and removing some of the.......... make up, I found old grandma had a few issues.
