pertronix type 1 in vac advance distributor - Crankster - 28-02-2023
I'm trying to install my pertronix unit in a vac advance dizzy. My distributor has the points wire passing through a square hole with a rubber grommet. This wire is much smaller than the pertronix pos and neg wires which would only just fit through and not leave room for the grommet. This would be a chafe hazard. How have others fitted theirs ?
